About us

Dr Nick Kambitsis is the Managing Director of Organisational Development Direct and from his 10 years in OD has a large network of colleagues and associates that he regularly works with on projects.

Nick graduated from Clare College Cambridge with a degree in medicine. He worked as a doctor for 16 years spending the last 6 of these as a partner in a General Practice in North East London.

In the mid 90s he became interested in the performance of individuals and teams in business and in 2000 he completed an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck College London. He was subsequently employed full time as a consultant by ‘Europe’s first and leading business psychology consultancy.’ During this time Nick developed and honed his OD skills by working with a large number of corporate and blue chip clients across most industries.
